The PCF files are stored here: C:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\VPN Client\Profiles
I haven't tested to see if one can be copied to another machine.

Yes the PCF file can be copied as everyone has pointed out. Since you seem worried about security, along with a preshared key, you can use another authentication method for the firewall. Local AAA, or pass through to an LDAP server. Just having the PCF with the shared key wouldn't be enough to gain access into the network without the user authentication.

If you are using the Cisco VPN client, it's fairly simple.
Install the Cisco VPN client, set up your IP, group username/password and make sure it connects. Name the profile and save in the client.
If you installed the client in the default path, browse to:
C:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\VPN Client\Profiles
Your PCF file will be in there with the group password encrypted. Be aware, however, that there are plenty of sites and applications out there that can easily decrypt this password. You can still use it to give to your end users, but I wouldn't do anything crazy like posting it publicly.
