Urgent - unable to connect to a remote session via Cisco VPN

I have a similar thread here

that I urgently need some additional input and help

I'm stuck at this point where when IKE is enabled on the outside interface (for the VPN to work)  I'm unable to to do "fixup protocol esp-ike" to be able to connect to the remote application (it's a video camera system).

I need to find a workaround this problem
