>nat (inside-Bct) 1 access-list nat
Means traffic coming ingress to the interface 'inside-Bct' and if it matches the access-list 'nat' THEN;
>global (outside-Baku) 1 interface
When it goes out the interface 'outside-Baku', the it'll use the ip address assigned on the interface 'outside-Baku' as source address.
Similar for all others as well.

You are using conditional (or destination NAT)
the public ip of outbound traffic is dependant on it being delared "Ineresting" with an access control lists those lists being, access-list ganga, access-list nat and access-list nat-vpn-internet).
