Restriction Bandwidth utilitzation on Skype on ASA

Does anyone have idea how to restrict bandwidth used by Skype ? I don't want to totally block all skype traffic but try to ensure they will not eat out all internet bandwidth. How to configure this access list with QoS ?

I have already read the solution. So, does it mean there is no way to restrict the bandwidth usage for Skype traffic ?

No  there is no way to restrict bandwidth on asa.
You  can do a QOS setting prority on the  ASA but again  you need to know the destination  ip. which can  be done  to set priory for the destination website.

So skype its not possible.
