Cisco VPN 3000 Concentrator webvpn issues

Asked by naiadmin in Virtual Private Networking (VPN), Cisco PIX Firewall, IPSec Security Protocol

I have a Cisco 3005 concentrator, and when I configure the device as per the following link
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/vpndevc/ps2284/products_configuration_example09186a008055641a.shtml
I'm unable to access the webvpn setup on the external/public interface?  If i enable the internal interface to accept webvpn requests, i'm able to connect without issue...but this is not what I'm looking to accomplish.  I would like external users to be able to access the sslvpn.  I'm able to telent to the external ip on port 443 and it answers...but my web browser does not connect...I've tried multiple versions of IE and mozilla...I have also directly connected to the interface and attempted to access the ssl vpn page, without success...I can ping the address...
I have moved the device to the lab until I can resolve this issue...
basic overview of config

Cisco 3005
Public address 172.32.0.4/24
Private address 192.168.100.2/24
Create DHCP pool on 3005 for vpn clients

Pix 515e parallel to the 3005
public 172.32.0.2/24
private 192.168.100.1/24
Pix is providing DHCP to internal

Firmware on 3005 is 4.72
I figure it's something simple that I have miscongifured?  If additional info is require, let me know...
These are pretty straight forward as far as config's go...
Thoughts?
