need VPN solution with AAA(need advices)

Dear All,

i want to implement a new VPN for users. and i need your assistant.

1- i do prefer CISCO -because i've some experiance-  
2- which is better, use firewall or router ?? what model do you advice?
3- # of users 25-50
4- i want to use AAA server for auth and to monitor the whole traffic ( i want to have strong log)
5- i prefer if i can apply RSA token (secureID) ... how i can connect it to the firewall/AAA
6- any other advices ??
