Can't access Internet from iPhones & iPad through Cisco PIX501

LAN is configured as:
Internet to ADSL Router in Bridge mode to Cisco PIX501 to 16-port switch to desktops.
PCs are on static ip, with IP address of PIX as Gateway; Primary DNS is as specified by the ISP & secondary DNS is the company's server...

If I use policynat for an L2L VPN, how are address allocated? Is in 1-to-1 or just an available pool?

On site we have Linksys VPN Router.
We have a need to be able to access 192.168.1.50/metasys from the outside.
Previously i was able to setup port forwarding to just IP addresses for access to other systems.
