Running out of IP address

We currently have a  255.255.255.0 subnet  (254 IP addresses).  We are running out of IP addresses and I need to imlement a solution. I am not sure what my options are here, any advice would be appreciated.

We have 1 domain and two subnets on our domain for other sites. 1.1 2.1 and 3.1. Onsite here there are 7 switches. 3 fiber optic links.
