Routing two networks together

I have (2) networks, each from different carriers. The carriers say this is an internal routing issue and can not help me with it. Here is my setup

Network (1):
IP ranges: 192.168.x.x
Subnet: 255.255.0.0
Works fine within it's own range, all communications is good

Network (2):
IP ranges: 205.111.111.x
Subnet: 255.255.255.x
Again, works fine within it's own range, all communications is good.

Goal: trying to get both networks to talk to one another so that I do not have to shut everything down and change all IP's and than bring it back up. I am assuming there is a way to route the two networks together by adjusting the routing tables within each of the routers. Network (1) is the network that I am migrating too, Network (2) is the one coming offline.

I am pretty familiar with how this works and do feel comfortable working within the routers but what I have tried does not work. Once I can ping each network from the other all will be good, I just need to get that far first.

Any and all help will be appreciated.
