How to set up a NAT translation

I want to set-up a nat translation.

Eth 1 (trust) ip 10.116.85.x
eth 3 (untrust) ip 192.168.108.x  

For example I want to translate 192.168.108.239 to 10.116.85.239.
Can someone help my with this, I really don't know how to do this.
