Yes, the switch port the Gig0/2 interface is plugged into must be an 802.1Q trunk forwarding those VLAN's.  You also need to create the VLAN's on the switch and assign the ports to the appropriate VLAN.

Hi

You need to trunk ports between Firewall and Switch. Give all Vlan Access to both end.

Thanks

Do I need to Trunk the port on the firewall too ?

The Firewall trunks automatically when you start using subinterfaces and assigning VLAN's.  Your Firewall config is good.

these VLANS on the swith need to have same subnet as firewall VLAN interfaces ?
in this case

on switch :

Interface VLAN 40
ip address 10.32.240.3

Interface VLAN 50
ip address 10.32.241.3

Interface VLAN 60
ip address 10.32.242.3

You don't need a layer3 VLAN interface on the switch as the Firewall is the layer3 gateway for the subnets.  You can however put a layer3 interface on the switch for management purposes.  You don't want the switch to route VLAN's as it negates the Firewall controlling access between them.
