I have a number of users who user the Watchguard VPN software to create a remote connection, some of these users are having problems connecting to Exchange 2003. DNS is configured and working on the remote pc's and they can ping the exchange server by host name.
The really strange aspect is that using the same notebook I can log in as one user and connect to exchange immediately then log out log back in as a different user and the exchange server is unavailable. It may be something to do with the account as the unsuccessful login also takes an age to log into the notebook (using a cache profile). All the account info is the same.
Any ideas as to where to start looking would be appreciated.
