I am not too sure about the fiewalls you have but this seems more of a routing issue.
Can you access the internet from Site A?
Assuming you can, can you check the firewall routing? There should be an entry for Site A as you state that is working.
Also what is the gateway for your Site B clients? If the firewall is the default gateway for your clients then the firewall needs to know that 0.0.0.0/0 (default route) is destined for site A as well the Site B subnet. If you are transitioning from one internet gateway to another you can use a metric to have more than one default route on the firewalls.
