Can reach remote subnet from one side but i can from the other

Hello, I have two sites connected remotely.  Site A contains two subnets and they are in the same location, they are .1 and .10.  Site B has one subnet .70.  As of lately I noticed that I can not reach site b's subnet .70 from site a's .10 subnet.  I can not ping throught he vpn tunnel.  When I do a trace it goes up all the way to the watchguards interface which is that subnets default gateway and I get a message that states that the destination is un reachable.  I can however, reach the .70 subnet from the .1.  Also, I can ping from the .70 to the .10 and access resources but not vice versa.  This is pretty weird as it looks like I have access going in one direction.  Both sites are connected via wathguard firewalls.  Please help.
