Watchguard SSL VPN Vista Issue

I am running the Watchguard SSL Mobile VPN.

Whenever I attempt to connect as a non administrator it fails to connect to the VPN, citing an error "flushipnettable failed on interface access is denied"

This is resolved by running as an administrator. This is fine in XP, however in Vista I have set to run as admin, but it is prompting for a username and password, which I could bypass by turning off UAC but I don't want to do this. Is there any way I can change permissions to allow a non admin to run this program effectively - possibly by allowing the ability to flush the arp cache.

That's fine but it asks for an admin password if I do that in Vista which sort of defeats the object.

I had to give the user local admin rights in the end as they were waiting to go. Probably not a bad thing as they are offsite all the time anyway.

There is another way then.  You can still run the app without prompting for a password using this little trick:
