Iphone e-mail problems / Watchguard firewall

Does anyone know of any settings in a Watchguard firewall for mobile phones to get e-mail. We have recently changed some settings in our firewall and Iphones can no longer get their e-mail.

Do you have a backup of the previous config file?  Have you tried changing the settings back?  Did you remove any ports?  Is port 443 open?

There is no specific setting for mobile users; as already suggested load the previously working config and this should get things back to old days; normally the config file backups would be maintained on your hard disk if you have not over written the files.

Some sanitized logs from traffic monitor can be helpful as well.
