I'm trying to ping from [Server 1] to the [Server 2]. (192.168.16.2 --> 170.16.109.5)
The real IP address of my [Server 1] is being NAT'd. (192.168.16.2 Nat'd into 207.22.142.22)
When I try to ping... I get this error message:
No translation group found for icmp src private:secondary dst inside:backup (type 0, code 0)

lrmoore,
I apologize... You were right! Once I entered the information properly, everything worked great.
Step 1: no static (inside,private) 207.22.142.22 backup netmask 255.255.255.255 0 0
Step 2: static (inside,private) 192.168.16.2 192.168.16.2 netmask 255.255.255.0
I also added an access list: access-list private_access_in permit ip host 170.16.109.5 host 192.168.16.2
Thanks again for your assistance!

Add this:
no static (inside,private) 207.22.142.22 backup netmask 255.255.255.255 0 0
static (inside,private) 192.168.16.2 192.168.16.2 netmask 255.255.255.0
no access-group inside_access_in in interface inside
Make sure host 192.168.16.2 either has a default gateway setting to the PIX inside ip 192.168.16.250, else it has a static route for the 192.168.116.0 subnet pointing to the PIX inside ip.
