Checkpoint Firewalls on a windows platform

any firewall guru's out there?

we currently have 2 checkpoint firewalls at HQ running on standard windows servers! - I'm looking recommending a securer platform

were currently running NG AI (R55w)

 - what risks are there with the current windows platform?
 - what does checkpoint Secure platform and nokia give over and above the current windows firewalls?

also looking at clustering the box' by using checkpoint cluster XL and checkpoints ISP load balancing software to provide redundancy with the ISP links, any views on these tools?

I've also done some research on the Rainaffinity product set which seems to cover the above - has anyone used this before? is it better than checkpoints own software?
