Remote VPN setup with no route statement

Here is a small overview of what the scenario is. We setup Cisco PIX 501' s for our customers, for all intent purposes do not have the IT personnel to setup these devices for remote VPN into our facility for document imaging. All VPN connections use policy NAT to keep things in order and are not used as any other function other than the VPN tunnel. I have a new customer that has their ISP handled by a third party FISERV. FISERV and the company refuse to give me the next hop IP for the route statement for security reasons. So far I have come up with no solution to how to get around this. Is this a dead issue that it just will not work without the next hop IP or is there another way around this?
