Cannot connect to website using SSL port 4433 through ISA 2006

We can not reach a certain website through our company network using ISA Enterprise 2006. This is a backend firewall which is behind our checkpoint front end firewall.

I have added the port as instructed on isa.org using the ISA Tunnel Port Tool (NOT the ISATpre)
It shows that port 4433 has been added but keep on receiving this error message after creating the access rule.

10060 A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

Now I found this article from Microsoft and I was wondering if the resolution provided by them helped any of you resolving a similar problem.
