How do I permit outgoing PPTP connections through a PIX 6.2?

Hi everyone,

I am having trouble allowing PPTP VPN connections through a PIX 6.2 to an external VPN server?  In this case it's a Draytek router. I have read various posts that recommend using the fixup command, but unfortunately I am not able to upgrade to a newer version, so I need a method using version 6.2.

The second part of my question is - Can I allow this traffic through from any port, or do I 100% need to use a static mapping? You see I am only working here a few days per month, so I just use a dynamicially assigned address.

Any help would be very much appreciated.Start Free Trial
