I am finding this in my logging for my ISA 2004 server. Its appearing under Client Agent.

It appears to be sending information.  Virus or worm maybe?

I cannot locate any reference to Ie9VK1U3/TrnxiP1kOyBrICwTz0QCxJSQAAAAA. Have you performed any type of anti-virus scan in Safe Mode yet?
If not, I would suggest updating your definition files and doing so.

I just cleared it out of IE temp folder and it stopped streaming data. Some type of infection is my guess.
