I have pfSense running at main and branch office with IPSec VPN between them. I want all branch office web traffic to go through main office squid, and block any internet traffic to or from branch office except the IPSec. I want all ports open on IPSec. IPSec works now.
How would I setup acl to do this? is acl what I should use?

Two options,
Option 1:
Add the squid module to each pfSense install and enable the transparent proxy option, then setup a cache_peer parent to your main site. This will redirect any port 80 out traffic to the local squid proxy, which will query the master proxy, which will do the request from the internet and push data back to the child proxy, which in turn displays the page in the user's browser, and is then cached at local proxy for future.
To do this (it's been a while so might not be exact):
- System tab -> Packages. Add Squid package
- Services -> Proxy tab. You need to set proxy interface, allow users on interface, transparent Proxy, log store directory, proxy port and I think it's "upstream proxy" is the term in pfSense
- Cache Management tab. Configure
Option 2:
Create a firewall policy to do port forward of anything with source on local LAN interface to outbound tcp/80 to go to tcp/3128 at your main site.

If you want to try minimize network traffic at the same time, option 1 is for you, if it's not a factor and just want it up and working with no mess no fuss, option 2.
I'll check tomorrow for exact directions as I've got a pfSense VM setup at office.

You would manually need to configure the proxy settings on the remote machines to point to the Squid server..... or alternatively you would need to create a rule to forward all HTTP request to transparently forward that traffic to the proxy.
