Yes I traced the IP's back to Yahoo! when I am opening Yahoo! finance and when that streamer API hangs sure enough there is a denied connection in the ISA log. Maybe ISA is not seeing it as related which could be causing the problem. It happens in IE and FFOX and with the firewall client enabled or disabled. Attached are the logs for the client in and out.

No. it would not be.
It would be related traffic if it was in response to a request you were making. Even though the traffic would be coming from Yahoo, it would have been YOU - the client browser - that instigated the request by visiting the site or clicking a link etc. In that case, the traffic would literally just be seen as responses to an established session.
If you are seeing the traffic coming from external then something has initiated that from outdside, it has not been initiated from your workstation. As there is no session initiated between Yahoo and your work station the traffic is denied.
think about it - nothing should be able to come from the outside onto your LAN/pc's without being requested.
Are you sure that it is yahoo that is originating the traffic?
