Firewall ports to open for Windows IP printing

I'm looking for a clear list of all ports that need to be open to allow a Windows XP computer behind a firewall to print directly to a printer outside the firewall over IP.
I can print to Windows shares outside the firewall were both the server and the printer itself are outside the firewall, but what I need to also be able to do is add an IP port (such as IP_10.209.64.168) to a Windows PC to print directly to the printer outside the firewall.
So far I've opened up outgoing TCP ports 9100 and 515, but still no success.
