How can i run a client server App from client without Login into the Server

When i log into the domain, the application runs.
When i try to access same application from a work group system, It tells me file not found.

if i run  the network path and log on to the server as admin and then run the application, It then runs.

I have Granted full access right to the app folder, both for the system and the User.
Still not working.
