windows 7 firewall error

i ran the 3 microsoft fixit
and still same firewall error
and still same firewall error
Click the Start button.
In the Start Search box, type in cmd
Right click on the Command Prompt in the search results and select Run as Administrator.
Click OK or Yes to the UAC prompt.
Use the following netsh command to turn the Firewall off:
netsh advfirewall set allprofiles state off
Use the following netsh command to turn the Firewall back on:
netsh advfirewall set allprofiles state on
Use the following netsh command to reset it back to its default settings:
netsh advfirewall reset
