Sonicwall GVC stuck in "connecting"

We are using TZ-170 to connect our 10 branches to our corporate where we have a PRO4100. When I connect from home using GVC I am able to establish stable connection with 7 of the 10 TZ-170 and the Corporate PRO4100 with no problems at all. One location when I try to connect the GVC get stuck on "connecting" after asking for the user and password authentication. Other 2 locations I got it "connected" but I cannot reach any pc behind the firewall (I cannot ping them neither).
I am using XPSP2 on my home computer.
Any help will be really appreciated.
