Neo Toolbar removal
Can anyone tell me where I can get a freebie program that will remove an annoying toolbar...its called Neo Toolbar and seems to be very arrogant to move.
I have tried spybot and looked for suspicious stuff with Reglite, but still have no luck.
All suggestions greatly appreciated.

Hi assimilator,
Close all browser windows, then open up the registry editor.
Search for C:\WINDOWS\System32\msqsb.
You should find one entry, delete it.
Then, reboot your computer and delete the offending file.
