Windows logon - Possible W32.Toxbot.AL virus

I was told this may be a W32.Toxbot.AL virus but, I can't get logged on to fix it.

After entering my password to logon I get:

The system cannot log you on due to the following error:

The program issued a command but the command length is incorrect.

Safe mode does not work
windows installation repair does not work
last known good configuration does not work
and my volume label is less than 11 characters, so thats not an issue

Someone here has to be able to figure this out. 500 points, I'd give more but 500 is the max.

I have had no luck with the F-Pot utility but because of your answer, I searched bootdisk.com and came across one called Xp Quick Boot Diskette. This bootdisk did the trick.

For other users that may find this thread:
To get this bootdisk go to  http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm
and find XP Quick Boot Diskette, download and follow simple instructions.
Set your Bios to boot to the floppy 1st , restart your PC with the floppy inserted and hopefully this will do the trick.
Good Luck
bighun, glad you are able to bootup.
