&nbsp;I have had no luck with the F-Pot utility but because of your answer, I searched bootdisk.com and came across one called Xp Quick Boot Diskette. This bootdisk did the trick. <br />

For other users that may find this thread:<br />
To get this bootdisk go to &nbsp;<a href="http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm" rel="ugc">http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm</a> <br />
and find XP Quick Boot Diskette, download and follow simple instructions.<br />
Set your Bios to boot to the floppy 1st , restart your PC with the floppy inserted and hopefully this will do the trick.<br />

I was told this may be a W32.Toxbot.AL virus but, I can't get logged on to fix it.<br />

After entering my password to logon I get:<br />

The system cannot log you on due to the following error:<br />

The program issued a command but the command length is incorrect.<br />
<br />
Safe mode does not work<br />
windows installation repair does not work<br />
last known good configuration does not work<br />
and my volume label is less than 11 characters, so thats not an issue<br />
