Keylogger do not see (physically) any keyboard in general. So the question seems not to be the right question.

All input you are providing locally on your Computer will get logged, if the keylogger was built smart enough. And under normal circumstances, you wouldn't know if there is a keylogger or not on your system.

Rephrasing the question, can key loggers see characters typed from on screen keyboard in XP.

Is there a key logger finder ap?

Actually, this is not correct.
"All in one keylogger" perfectly logged what I typed using on-screen keyboard in XP. The other problem you might have with the keylogger is that current keyloggers support taking snapshots and that is also where your information can be logged.
