Vista Antivirus 2008

I have a Windows XP Home operatg system, and I have recently been getting pop up messages from "Vista Antivirus 2008" that performs a phony scan of my system and tries to get me to buy their product.  At the same time, other pop-ups have started....to the point where I can't easily use the internet anymore.

I ve scanned my computer with Ad-Aware and my anti virus scanner numerous times but nothing is working and the problem persists.

I have attached a HJT log.

Can anyone suggest how I remedy the problem?Start Free Trial
