you need to disable UDP browser listner on citrix server to patch this vulnerability.
Here are the detailed steps :-
Open Access Management Console (AMC). On the server properties, select "Modify all properties". Then select the "Browser" entry under "ICA" and deselect the "Create browser listener on UDP networks" option.

I have tried resolving this issue using the accepted solution & get the following error on my ICA clients; "Cannot connect to the Citrix Presentation Server. Unable to contact the Citrix Presentation Server browser. There mat be network problems, or you may need to configure or correct the server address in the Server Location field. "
