Due to the inclusion of images in the HTML report structure, a Nessus report exported as HTML typically includes the initial index page and a subset of folders with supporting data. Unfortunately, this can get really messy to reference.
I would suggest exporting to PDF rather than HTML. If you do need HTML, I would ensure that you are indeed saving to your desktop and look for the supporting subfolders.
