I have been with Expert Exchange for many, many years. When I first started to use it, there was nothing else around.
I in all these years I have been helped many times. Cause I use to live in the country and would have to drive 100 miles plus to get help. So Expert Exchange really helped  a lot, however things have changed. With remote control I would be able to get help with things beyond my knowledge. I knew nothing about computers and with Expert's help I was able to learn how to format win 95 and re-install win 95 also. Today things are starting to get more complicated and remote assistance is what I will have use....At 85 years old I am a short timer and the brain does not work like it use to.
As far as I know Expert is not doing remote help??? I also see that the membership is going to increase...so this seems the best to cancel. or do you know if remote help is coming????

do you know if remote help is coming?  <-- Experts Exchange is a question / answer forum and it does not provide remote help in the broad sense. There may be experts for hire ( you need to interact with a few to see), but that help would likely be income for the expert (and cost to you) and also not part of the regular forum.

That is difficult to respond to. I am past the traditional age of retirement, and I have only been here somewhat over 6 years. But I remain active and an active problem solver to keep my old brain as sharp as it can be. I do not know what I will think 10 years from now.

Hi, I found the same topic with you in which video converter is considered as an adware or malware. And this topic "How to get rid of Video Converter" shows how to uninstall this app from IE & Firefox on Windows 7. You can check it out if you need help. Alternatively you can run microsoft anti-spyware to delete the video converter.
