Virus Issues / Blue Screen in normal boot and issues in safe mode

I have a windows xp sp 2 laptop that got infected with the vundo virus it looked like. I downloaded vundofix and ran it. it said it deleted all but 2 files and needed to reboot to delete them. It has rebooted alot and still issues. Now when I boot up I get the bsod and it only flashes so I cant get more info off it. I can reboot to safe mode but if I try to run a virus scan it shuts down in the middle of it. I ran hijack this and here is the log. This is my business laptop and I will jump off a building if I cant fix this.
