My Windows NT account keeps getting locked, possible inside foul play

Hello experts.
ok for a few weeks now my account which was lets call it  xlastname was getting locked atleast once a day. after doing some troubleshooting such as checking to see if i have any mappings anywhere with an old password, or some sort of schedule task, or logged in to another machine. i finally bit the bullet and after changing my password numerous times i deleted my nt account and created a new one which is firstnameX. no today same thing happened again. I suspect it can be an inside job, how else can someone without access to AD will know my new nt account. this is a high security issue as well since i have full domain access...well i did change my password and lowered my rights to a normal user just in case.
please help to see who s trying to access my account.
