A couple of quick questions if I may? <br />

After checking our web logs it has came to light that our SpamProfiler checks for updates every minute of the day whilst the AV module updates every hour. Slightly worrying is that in the SpamProfiler updates X-Client-IP and X-Authenticated-User http header details are being broadcast in clear text over the internet? Also the AV updates the X-Client-IP details are being broadcast!<br />

So the questions I have are:<br />

Why would the SpamProfiler need updating every minute?<br />
Why is our domain name, internal IP and service account username details being sent out in clear text in the update requests http headers?<br />

Anti-virus software was originally developed to detect and remove computer viruses.
