Can someone explain what the following means? <br />

The client will block traffic from IP address __#__ for the next 600 seconds (from 10/29/2012 10:43:01 AM to 10/29/2012 10:53:01 AM).<br />

It popped up from the tray area. I've done a Google search but can't find anything explaining what it means or if it wants you to do something.<br />

Don't understand Symantec pop-up notice

Anti-virus software was originally developed to detect and remove computer viruses. However, with the proliferation of other kinds of malware, antivirus software started to provide protection from other computer threats. Anti-spyware is software that removes or blocks that software; some common vendors include Malwarebytes, McAfee, Spybot-Search and Destroy, Ad-Aware and BitDefender.
