p01c11m021.mxlogic.net #554 Denied McAfee e-mail rejections
Any e-mail that is sent to a client using McAfee prompts a rejection message with p01c11m021.mxlogic.net #554 Denied in the e-mail.
It seems like we have been listed and I am not sure why.
On MxToolBox we have a couple of blacklist listings but they look like they want a paid subscription for removal. We have no way of contacting McAfee to have our fingerprint lifted. This business e-mail we are trying to send and it is frustrating. Any assistance offered on this would be greatly appreciated.

What we did was the clients that we had to communicate with, we got them to add us to their whitelist by IP and domain and it worked. They also submitted a request on our behalf and through their account with McAfee. We did check the Reverse DNS and SPF record and that is good. We are waiting for feedback from McAfee.

We are on the SORBS blacklist that these McAfee clients use and from what I am reading on blog after blog is that SORBS has a history of a lot of false/positives and is not well liked. We are starting to check logs, records but we are probably a victim of false positive and many of these blogs indicate that admins should not even depend on SORBS.
