Hi,
Thanks for suggesting me this option. It seems to be ok for me.
I will wait to see if I receive other options possibly freeware software.

I am dealing every day with a lot of IT tasks and I am looking for a softare that allows me to properly organize my daily tasks. I am using outlook/task but I am not entirely happy with this software.
I wonder if there is out there a better software that can allow me that do that. I also need to syncronize my desktop computer with my laptop. Something that is used by IT Manager or IT Professionals
Any help is much appreciated.

Hi,
Please check the below link:

A great option can be a web based solution such as Remember The Milk. works anywhere and accessible from anywhere as well. Also free for most support, but there is a nominal fee for the ability to synch to Windows Mobile. Try it at www.rememberthemilk.com
Another option is to use Google Calendar. Again, the benefit of anywhere access is very appealing, and also this is a free solution.
Good luck,
Anthony
