Remove comma in Crystal Reports string

Let me start by saying I am new to Crystal Reports. Mostly what I do is in ACCESS. Which, if I was doing this is ACCESS, I would of not be asking for assistance.

In this simple command, all I need to do is null the field if zero or print the data. Because both arguments in the string need to be the same (numbers or text) I am using the ToText to convert the data into text. I used the ToNumber so I would get a whole number (no decimal). However, I still am getting the comma in numbers greater then 999. My end result needs to be whole numbers only without commas.
Here is what I am currently doing:
iif({BothTransactions.CardholderID}=0, "",ToText(ToNumber({BothTransactions.CardholderID}),0))

If you have a simpler method, please let me know.
