I would like my employees to be able
to post issues via our Intranet ?
1.jpg = user logs in
2a.jpg = user sees list of all tickets,
including "# of Available Tickets"
they can still use
2b.jpg = user scrolls to bottom of ticket
list and submits new ticket if desired
(and gets an email with ticket details)
3.jpg = user views existing ticket DETAILS,
doing a "Post a Reply" if needed
(and gets an email with ticket details)

OS ticket, web based just need a LAMP server setup and can be setup to access both internal and external if needed. It is open source and can expanded and customized as needed.
