Can i install Windows 7 on Desktop PC with specific specs ;

I have a desktop PC with the following specs :

MB: Asus M2N-SLI Deluxe
CPU: AMD Athlon 64, 2200 MHz (11 x 200) 3500+
Graphic Card: ATI Radeon X1650 Pro (RV530)
Memory: 1GB

In the attached file i have a summary report from Everest.

I plan to upgrade the memory to 2GB and buy a new graphic card with Direct X 11 and 1024MB ram.

Can i install Windows 7 on this PC without having problems with the drivers ;

Will i have problems on playing PES 2010 and WarCraft III with Windows 7 ;

You may find that the processor is a bit sluggish for Win 7.

If you do it, put in 4gb of RAM if you can as this will help as well.

You won't be able to play PES 2010. It may run, but I don't think it'd be playable.

It is not a good idea to have Win 7 on your current config.

Now that i have the graphic card with 256MB and 1GB memory i can play PES2010. The only problem is that sometimes i have slight delays.

You gave me the minimal and the recommended system requirements. If i have 2 GB of memory and a new graphic card with 1024mb why will i have problem on playing the games on windows 7 ;

This is for low to mid range CPU's and your processor is a long way down the list - it's slower than and a Pentium 4.

You can try it, but it will be very very slow.
