Round up in query field

I need to round the amounts listed in the query TasksLogPeriod, field durationTime 'up' to the nearest positive integer as represented by hundredths of a minute.

The intent is that this will have the effect of getting rid of the E-02 items that are too long to display as well as any negative integers making my next task of formulating a report rounded to the nearest minute easier.

That is to say that in field durationTime, a value of -1.1 (a negative integer) would be rounded 'up' to 0.00 minutes and a value of 1.114 (denoting activity of 1.114 minutes) would be rounded 'up' to 1.12 minutes.
