MS Access VBA ODBC to oracle connection using Microsoft driver for Oracle

Hi,
I have an access application that contains tables linked to an Oracle database. The ODBC driver I must use is the Microsoft ODBC for Oracle. When i sue the attached code to connect to Oracle, I get the message that the "Provider not found, may not be properly installed..." Can you help
