How do I programmatically obtain a all the tables' fields' Data Type and Description?

The attached code snippet works and creates a table with two columns, TableName (the names of all the tables in my .mdb file) and Field Name (all the fields in each table).

I need two more pieces of information about each field: the Data Type and the text in the Description Column.

How can I modify the code snippet to do this?
