The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. How to populate multi-tabbed form with value selected on primary tab which is key to multiple tables.

Hello,

I have a 7 tabbed form that with the first tab being used to select a value from a field in it's subform datasheet view that will automatically populate the same field on the other tabs.

The problem I am having is there are fields from multiple related tables on the other tabs and I have not been able to consistently get them to populate based on the selection made from the primary tab.

For example, there is the primary table that has it's primary key which is related to all but one table. This field is selected on the first tab and then is populated to unbound text boxes on the other tabs.

How do I get that value to update the fields on all the tabs when it is selected or changed?
