Access 07: Create a report based on user input, eg. ID number?

Hi,

I have a form in Access and a Report all setup. I am trying to have it so that a user enters the "ID" number of a certain record in a form and then based on that number a report is generated with all the information within that record displayed.

At the moment i have this code on the button in the form:

And when I run it I get a VB Error saying:

3075: Syntax Error (Missing Operator) in qery expression Applications.Application Number = '12345'"
