Drawing lines in Access Reports

I am writing a Access database to track some information in a small company. In the Detail section of the report I have drawn vertical lines that run from the top of the Detail section to the bottom and a horizontal line that run the entire width. As long I the data presented can be contained in one line, the report looks fine. But if the data takes up more space (one field is a memo) then I have a gap where the vertical line does not reach the horizontal line at the bottom of the record. In other words, the lines do not grow to fit the height of the entry. How do I adjust the line for the variable height when I do not know what it going to be before the report is formated?Start Free Trial
